Contact BrickMend
Email is the only channel we run: [email protected]. It is read by the person who writes the site.

What is worth emailing about
- A correction. If something on the site is wrong, or a figure has gone stale, that is the single most useful email you can send. Say which page and which line.
- An experience that contradicts the guide. The replacement service changes. If you were refused where the site says you would be approved — or approved where it says you would be refused — that is worth knowing.
- Privacy and advertising. Anything about the privacy policy, the advertising on this site, or the data collected by a third party named there.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot file a replacement request for you. Only the account holder can do that, and the process is explained in the main guide.
- We cannot look up an order. BrickMend has no access to any order system and is not connected to the LEGO Group.
- We cannot sell you a part. The site documents routes for getting one; it does not stock or broker anything.
Before you write
Most questions about a missing piece — where to find the part number, how long delivery takes, why a request was refused, and which of the three routes to use — are answered in the main guide on the home page. That page is the reason this site exists; the contact page is for what it does not cover.
A note on reply times
BrickMend is a small, independently run site with no support staff. Email is read, but there is no published response time and no guarantee of a reply to every message. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
